Hi-Protein Fat Free J-E-L-L-O Fudge

Ingredients:
Your Choice of Protein (must be same flavor as fudge)
One Packet of Fat Free J-E-L-L-O Fudge
Mixing bowl

(This is from what I remember off the top of my head since I am not at home, so bare with me)

Directions:
1. Follow Direction on Packet pertaining to freezing and the fudge part
2. Then Add 2 scoops of desired choice of Protein to mixing bowl



Wala...Hi-Protein Fudge with Moderate Carbs and No Fat. Can also use with regular Jello Fudge if desire.

I got home from London and made a fresh batch... it is actually gonna take 4-5 scoops of Protein depending on the amount grams of protein per serving that would match that of the Jello or exceed that of the Jello or whatever amount that you would want to put in there.
