Sugar Free Protein Ice Cream

Chocolate Ice Cream

1-2 scoops chocolate protein
2 tbsp SF/FF chocolate pudding powder
3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup water
1 packet of sweetner....depending on the protein you use, you may or may not need this.

Whip the crap out of it (mixer works best) , pour it in a bowl and stick it in the freezer. Stir every once in a while so it doesn't become a hard lump....it's so beyond good

Strawberry Ice Cream

Follow the same steps/amts but use strawberry protein powder, and vanilla pudding powder and add in 1/4 cup of frozen strawberries or mixed berries before blending.

If you use only 2 tbsp of cream, and increase the water slightly, it comes out w/ more of a fudgesicle texture.

Stanny, will this work if you have an ice cream maker? I have an ice cream maker and usually use the Keto French Vanilla but if this works in an icecream maker I'm set with about 15 lbs of protein to play with.

Oh, and I'm curious about sorbet too. I love sorbet, but if I can get it with predominantly protein and fresh fruit I'd be sound as a lb.

Not sure how it works as a sorbet or with an ice cream maker. I would think the ice cream maker would work since it is rotating and freezing. The sorbet Im not sure if the sugars from the fruit would mix with the pudding mixture. I say, give it a shot. That would be a good idea and may be a new treat we can all try. I say be our "lab" rat spook...:eat LOL

Sorry bro. I haven't tried it with an ice cream maker yet. I will probably have to wait until my schedule slows down a bit before I try it out.

However, I was thinking of trying to figure out a way to use sugar free mandarin orange jello for a protein sherbet.
