Tired of dry baked chicken breast

I just started doing this a few weeks ago. I buy the largest packs of frozen chicken breasts I can find (saves money), individually wrap them and toss them in the freezer till you're ready to cook them.

I put 2-3 thawed, skinless, chicken breasts with a can of cream of chicken and mushroom soup into a crockpot (a can of celery soup goes good with this too). Add water to the crockpot if needed until you can barely see the top surface of the chicken. Add any extra seasonings you want. Cover and cook on low for 6 or more hours, or on high for 3 hours.

The chicken is very moist, skinless and falls off the bone. You can also get some great soup from this. I usually start cooking this b4 bed so I wake up to a great smelling kitchen and a nice breakfast and lunch entree.

For Turkey I usually inject wine to it (sauvignon blanc) it gives it a lot of taste and juicy as hell...

Have you tried the Hormel dried beef slices in the crock pot with it and some sliced onions? I tried that with the Cream of Chicken and Cream of Celery.....very very good.

You can do something similiar with Healthy Choice cream of chicken. I usually throw it in the oven in a glass dish with some seasoning.

If you want to dress it up a bit you could add some shredded cheeses.

Oh, btw, I did toss it in the oven in a porcelain dish with a glass top. It was very very good.
