Berry Blast
1 cup pineapple juice
3 tbsp frozen berry mix
ice
protein powder.... blend

Black Forest cake
1/2 cup Cran-Cherry juice
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp canned cherries.....get 1/3 less fat kind
1 scoop fat free cherry frozen yogurt
ice
chocolate protein powder

Chunky Monkey
1 cup skim milk
3-5 slices of banana
1 scoop vanilla fozen yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
ice
protein powder

Fat levels, sugar level.... all depend on type of juice, milk, fruit and protein powder used.

Creamy Strawberry

1 1/2 cup ice
3/4 cup Skim milk
3/4 cup water
3-4 frozen strawberries
1 scoop strawberry protein powder

for fat content add or decrease milk level
flax oil mixes very well in this shake

I love this recipe as the frozen strawberries take the ass taste away from the protein
