Scallops
Sesame Seeds
Marinade
Sesame Oil
Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
Garlic Clove (minced)
Ginger (minced)
Dash of White Pepper


Place Scallops into this marinade and refrigerate about one hour before cooking. Turn the Scallops once or twice during the hour. Remove Scallops from marinade and roll each Scallop in Sesame Seeds and place into a grilling basket or put into a skewer. The Scallops will cook in a very short time depending on distance from heat and size of the Scallops. Use the remaining marinade to baste the Scallops while grilling.

Scallops cook quick my brothers...dont over cook.
