MiniCarb Cake Mixes - These are from a new branch off of carbsense, I ordered the Carrot Cake Mix. It was awesome. Taste good the first day, tastes even better after letting it sit in the fridge overnight. I made a low carb cream cheese topping for it, 1 bar of cream cheese, 1 TBS melted butter, 1 ts Almond Extract, 1 TBS Vanilla Extract, 1/4cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup splenda (or more if you like it sweeter). Once the cream cheese is room temperature, mix them all together thoughroly, and then spread onto the cooled carrot cake.

i just made this myself tonite...it's incredible.
