Fruit Ice

FRUIT ICE

Ingredients:

1 large can frozen juice
1 can water
1 egg white

Instructions:

Buy one large can of frozen juice and thaw the juice concentrate (tropical fruits work well. Add one can of water. Beat one egg white until it is foamy and mix it into the fruit juice mixture. Freeze in your favourite ice cream maker. This makes just less than one quart of very smooth ice.


I'm going to try and beat in a scoop of protein to see if I can get the consistency right and have it still taste good. I'll give an update.
