New spin on Tuna...

I recently discovered (well last night) - Raw tuna. I had a yellow fin steak last night. It was delicious. Some soy sauce and pickled ginger on the side, and oh my, I was in heaven.

Yes, I know - raw fish may be a bit too much. But I loved every bite of it.

Try this for a twist on your tuna....

Mix in 2tbsp. grey poupon (mild n' creamy)
a few dashes of hot sauce (I like regulare tabasco sauce)
2 dashes of cayenne pepper (add more or less depending how spicy you want to go)

Looks tasty- the restaurant supply store near me sells 66.5 ounce cans of skipjack tuna for around 7 dollars. I eat lots of it.

Garlic, basil and a bit of vinegar is favorite mix.
