New spin on Tuna...

1 can of tuna, 6.5oz water pack, drained.
1 Tblsp Miracle Whip Light
1 Tblsp Pickle Relish
1 egg white, diced (optional, I like it though)
1 stalk of celery, diced
1/3 apple, diced

Mix ingredients and eat straight, or if you'd prefer, on bread with lettuce and a slice of tomato.

The apple makes it sound interesting. I usually just get the lemon pepper tuna, mix in mayo, garlic powder, onion and celery salt, mix and eat straight.

I do that recipe all the time. I use a little mustard and less miracle whip, but very similar.

I love boiled eggs with tuna for some reason ?

Good stuff. Lite Pasta salads are also excellent mixed with a little tuna.

This is my favorite:

2 6oz cans of solid white albacore
1 hard boiled egg chopped
1/2 can of baby green peas
3 tbsp of Ken's sun dried tomato vinagrette dressing
lots of pepper

Some interesting recipes. I'm definitely gonna have to try a few of these out. To think, for the last year and a half, I just been eating three cans of plain tuna daily. It really is getting old. I used to think miracle whip was a pleasant bonus on cheat days, thanks for posting the different varieties guys!

Ok, here is my rendition of a 'gourmet' tuna meal:
Mix ALL of this together
2 (6oz) cans of Low Sodium Tuna in spring water (drained)
2 Tblsp Mayo Light
1 boiled egg
1/4 cup of low fat cheese
2 handfuls of sunshine CheeseIt (white cheedar) crackers

AND a protein shake.

i've made rice, beans, and diced tomatoes in a crock pot, then at meal time mixed it 1:1 with tuna, i add hot sauce after that (not salsa for me at least) and i can eat the stuff all day!
