HOMEADE PROTEIN BARS!

I told ya I'd post it here...and here it goes...feel free to adjust ingredients to suit your own personal taste.

In a large stainless bowl, dump in the following Dry ingredients:

One box of Granola Honey Oat Cereal
1/4 Cup of Flax Granules
1/4 Cup of Wheat Germ
One 12oz pack of Unsalted sunflower seeds
20 Scoops of your fav protein powder

Mix all this up good then add:

1/2 cup Pure Honey
1/4 cup 1% Milk

Mix all this up real good with your hands and mash it onto a baking pan sprayed with Pam, roll over it with a rolling pin till it's about 1" thick. Put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Take it out of the fridge and slice your bars about 2" wide and 3" long, then roll these in dry oatmeal oats. Wrap them with wax paper, put a piece of scotch tape on them and place in fridge!

Fu**ing Awesome Snack to have anytime, anywhere. Hope ya'll like 'em.
