Best Home Made Weight Gainer/protien Shake

Im looking for a 1000 cal plus drink Anyone who makes own shakes at home please pass out some tasty idea's
alot times when I buy these gainers for my bulk cycle , they make me sick and I am starting t think its the giant size and the vitamins they put in there maybe-
So I am looking for a idea or 2 to help me out on gaining some good muscle and putting away some power cal's

here is something I like: Non salted sun flower seeds (walmart)they are out of the shell as well
mix with reg white yogurt and a little stawberry jelly or topping of your choice

Your favorite chocolate meal replacement powder (I use Champion Nutrition Ultra Met) + 2 table spoons (or more) of peanut butter + 1/2 cup (or more) oatmeal + 2 (or more) egg whites.

That's the basis for mine. It comes in around 700 calories though (thus why I added the "or more" options to get you some more calories). If you don't like the chocolate and peanut butter: use a vanilla meal replacement powder, replace the peanut butter with a table spoon of flax oil, then add a banana (should be around 800 calories then).

As far as a gainer shake powder, I like IDS Smart Gainer and Cytosport Muscle Milk Collegiate.

1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
3 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
3 Tbsp chocolate syrup
1 1/2 c. chocolate ice cream
Blend in blender.

Just a little over a 1,000 calories not sure if all the fat and sugar are great for you though

Here's an old recipe I used to use.

Buy a bag of flax seed from the health food store, not the oil, the actual brown seed itself. They sell it in 1 lb bags. Boil up a few ounces until the "scum" rises from the seed (gets like uncooked egg whites). Blend that with two egg whites and a cup and a half of sweetened condensed milk and voila, you have a shake worth 800-1,000 cals and a butt load of protein and it tastes good so no reason to choke it down!
