Spicey Salmon

This one is easy to prep and tastes great!


3 pks (6 oz.) BUMBLE BEE Prime Fillet Atlantic Salmon, drained and flaked
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
3 tablespoons key lime juice
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
1 medium fresh red onion, minced
1 teaspoon Thai red pepper, minced
5 stems fresh cilantro, chopped (reserve 2 chopped stems for garnish)

DIRECTIONS:
Place flaked salmon in medium bowl. Add salt and lime juice to salmon and mix well.
Stir in ginger, red onion, and hot pepper. Stir in cilantro, and garnish.
Serve in mini tortilla chip bowls, or in romaine heart leaves.
