Cranberry Oat Brownies.

I often make these when I need a snack on the go. Just wrap a couple up in Saran wrap an take em with you. Beats the hell out of any protein bar I've ever had.

Ingredients:

1.5 cups of rolled oats
1 cup of whole wheat flour
5 scoops of chocolate whey
1 cup of granulated Splenda
1/3 cup of dried cranberries
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/3 cup applesauce
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp olive or flax oil

Put the rolled oats into a blender or food processor and blend until they become a powder {a few chunks are fine}. Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix them together.

Add the yogurt, applesauce and oil to a food processor and mix on low until they blend together. Add the protein powder to this liquid one scoop at a time while blending {or blend between scoops}. Add the honey and mix it all in with the dry ingredients.

Mix it all together well and then pour into a Pam coated 8 x 12 baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes, not too long or they won't be chewy.

Divide into six servings.

Now that sounds down right edible!!! But the splenda ewww what can I substitute and how much? Any help you can give I really want to try these!!

I'd just swap it out for an equal amount of sugar then. I've done it with brown sugar once before as well and it was quite good.
