Tuna Burgers.

Ingredients:

3 cans of chunk white tuna
1/4 cup flax meal
4 scallions, minced
2 teaspoons of mustard seeds
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon of ****ped cilantro {use 1 teaspoon if it's of the dried variety}
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic, ****ped
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil


Instuctions:

Combine all of the ingredients except the olive oil in a large bowl. Form into two large patties. Pan fry the burgers in the oil over medium heat for about six minutes on each side.

Makes two servings.
