Something else I found out while researching the Potassium, is that you can't absorb Potassium very well without Magnesium.

So, I've been taking Magnesium supplements as well. This is not a bad idea just to do by itself with all the great things that Magnesium does for you too.

I've also been on a Wheat Grass kick, and that stuff is pretty damn amazing as well.
