Huh? lol -- I certainly hope not. If that were the case, I'd have 27+" arms hahaahhahhaha

I was just saying that I think people's form on LEG day is, on average, worse than that on their back workouts...

BTW -- I wasn't implying that SYL's post was weak in a post I made above, I re-read it today and it sounded a bit arrogant.

so far i have read the chest and back training threads. great stuff so far but (i hope im not the only one) im having a hard time trying to work out your examples of exercises by thier descriptions. is it possible to get some pictures of what you mean? i know its alot to ask but i really would like to try your methods.

That may be a possibilty,as I realize my explanations don't always get the idea across.I posted a better explanation of the cable flyes in the chest thread,with the help of a member here,who drew a wonderfully descriptive diagram.So check that out,if you haven't seen it,and maybe I can get some pics soon.

spoon, you might also ask a question about the excercise you don't understand. I had questions about some and got quick replies. I think I understand most of them now.
