the reason why people puke after workout is the same reason people puke after too much beer or pot. its the drop in blood sugar and there are lots of ways to combat this wich i wont list. i eat a handfull of jelly sweets 30mins befofe workout there full of sugar and slow dissolving. i dont think puking should be a measurement for a good workout, if your puking your ill and if your ill whilst working out your badly prepared.

I get lightheaded and dizzy from doing the ass blaster. I guess the whole being bent over deal sends a pool of blood rushing to my head. Instant ::VOMIT:: feeling. I've since cut the butt machine out of my routine. Oooh, and I remember when my first did supersets with squats n' deads.... I went hobbling to the bathroom QUICK! Never did that again either!

I was swimming against the waves in the ocean the day before yesterday for cardio. Didn't realize there was one right behind the other and inhaled plenty of salt water. I immediately turned around towards shore swimming as hard as I could because I got extremely weak and light headed ('m thinking it was the large sudden quantity of salt in the lungs) and as soon as I hit shore I had one huge dry heave, lol.
