pre-comp training

I still continue to train heavy for a show. My workout routines stay the same, but I do seem to focus more on lagging bodyparts. You do want to make sure to keep very strict form and be careful not to injure yourself when your depleted down. I keep most of my strengh, but alot of my big compound movements do lose alittle bit mainly due to fatigue and lack of nurishment. I do tend to change exercises more frequently due to stagnation of strengh though. Also don't worry to much about losing size. You want to make sure that you come in lean and hard. Your weight and strengh will come back very quickly. Last year within about 3 weeks my weight was over where I started dieting and I was leaner aswell. You will get a very good rebound. I hope this helps out.

I would not change training(10%) at all - other than possibly working harder on lagging body parts...
The main thing is to get your diet(80%) on target... Drink plenty of water and take all your Vitamins(10%) <img src="http://www.massmonsters.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif" alt="Wink" width="15" height="15"><!--graemlin:-->

What does your diet look like now ???

What type of cardio if any are you doing???

What is your estimated body fat now???
