what kind of split does everone use in there work out

i use a 4 day
1 chest abs with some calves
2 back and bi's
3 legs
4shoulder and tri's

it wirks pretty well for my but i am always looking to hear what others do

Off days no training at all.
Cardio Post workout but I drink Whey/Creatine/Dextrose 30g/10g/45g at the end of weight training

Hey regulator I like that split. Here is mine. This what I'm doing now because I am too busy to train on the weekend right now. I'll be changing it soon though, but this thread is giving me alot of great ideas. Thanks guys.

Mon - Chest/Abs
Tue - Legs
Wed - Arms/Calves
Thur- Shoulders/Traps
Fri - Back

you take alot of days off. infact one inbetween every work out. I am not criticizing but analizing why is that?

It always changes but for now:

Sun...Chest and Tri's
Mon...Back and Biceps
Tue...sholders, calves
Wed...Quads and hamstrings
Thur..OFF
Fri...Chest and Tri's
Sat...Cardio

I rotate the friday work out often and the whole routine will change when it gets stale.

I often use a similar routine. I find I recover much better with every other day off, sometimes more depending how I feel, thats just me though. If I do have consecutive sessions two days in a row I'm careful to train different muscle groups.
