Killz, you know I always have my phone on me during the day...My sabbatical from work hasn't done shit for my studying!!...I still find things to do all day that has NOTHING to do w/the upcoming test day...

But either way, call me anytime today...I have to hit the ER about 1:15 to 2:15 for some work...So I might not be available then...Otherwise, just hit me...I think we can fix your problem(s)..hahahaha...little bro to the rescue...

I'm the same way right now bro....strained the hell out of my knees doing front squats, then went to hacks....destroyed my knees big time...it has been 2 months since I have been able to squat...right now I am babying them...doing light weights on the leg press...it looks as though I may have to lay off the squats permanently also....sucks big time though...I know I'll miss the hell out of them. <img src="http://www.massmonsters.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif" alt="Frown" width="15" height="15"><!--graemlin:-->

I do just heavy leg presses. No more squats. I like the pump better from leg presses anyways. Squats always hit my glutes more and lower back. I wear neoprene knee supports or wraps. No problems going with 20 plates right now. Deads are tough on your low back, as they put alot of pressure on your discs. Try the shuttle leg press machine. They use it in physical therapy. Not as bad on the knees, with lunges maybe. Good luck.

Since ya can't use your big ol' sausage fingers to dial the phone, here's my advice...

First of all, invest some $$ in Suzanne Somers' Toning System, the Thighmaster Gold & the Buttmaster...Use liberally 3-4 times daily while following a sensible high carb Jenny Craig For Life Diet Plan: Body for Life by Bill Philips is wonderful as well...Consult Richard Simmon's website for even more help if trouble areas in the thighs persist for more than 6-8 months of the aforementioned training...Purple spandex bodysuits and leg warmers are recommended for these grueling sessions as well, as are ankle weights if you become "too fit"...

IMO...if you're happy with the size of your quads, then you should only do leg presses...maybe ocassional light smith squats. Once you have the size you should be able to maintain it with heavy high intensity leg presses. Use it as time to work on the overall shape of your quads....innner thighs, outter sweep and hit the hams hard core. Just my .02, take care of those knees killa....

IMO bro squats and deadlifts are the best thing for legs no matter what....did you ever try doing light squats like only 135 for high reps to stregthen your muscle fibers...I am 21 and weigh only 180 but I have been squating for sometime now I play football in college which helps but I squat 530 ass to ground and no knee probs but lower back...been taking glucosime with chrondrotin...helping a bit with the back gotta hit up the cyropractor...,did you ever try DECA for lubrication? <img src="http://www.massmonsters.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="Big Grin" width="15" height="15"><!--graemlin:-->
