Training Frequency

Just curious how often does everyone train each BP ? Once week, once every 5 days or ??

I am currently trying to hit each BP once every 5-6 days.

some that want a lot of mass does each bp once/week. I like the endurance and higher volume so I might hit each bp twice a week during some routines. Some that are training for a bb show will often do high volume training and then tone it down when they add some cardio in the mix and they are wanting to drop alot of fat.

I have noticed in my own experience that I tend to grow more in mass when training each bp once every 4-6 days, but my strength gains suffer, I seem to get more strength when training each bp once every 7 days, but I dont seem to grow in size as much.

Sounds like a diet issue. Don't rely too much on protein powder. Its all good but if you really want to grow, as many whole meals as possible need to be eaten and this is coming from someone that has to eat not like a pig, but the whole pig farm to grow.
