Whats every ones take on circut training

m about to start a microcycle of circut training to help cut up. Any ideas or better ways to break it up

if you want a real serious circuit program that can actually put on some muscle while losing fat look up meltdown training 1,2, and 3 over at t-mag.

i think it can work well when applied and taken seriously. we use to link movement into combos. for example. deadlift/clean pull/clean high pull/clean and then repeat. we would use a wt that would be about 70% of our clean. you could also go, snatch pull/snatch high pull/snatch/ over-head squat then repeat can be fun and it'll get you huffin and puffin too
