retarded quad -advise?

My right quad is about 2/3 the size of my left. This is due to years of having a bad knee - 3 surgeries.
Right now, I am only working the right quad in hopes it will grow to be the size of the left. - then I'll work them both.

But, it is taking a long time to see any gains. I do leg curls with 30-40 lbs and the right leg just shakes.

I am mid cycle and have been squirting deca/test in the right glute.

I am now sticking in my right quad.

Question: is it true that if shot into a particular muscle, that muscle will get the most benifit from the juice? - does this work with all juice types?

Would it make a difference if I poked everyday in different areas of the quad as apposed to the same spot twice per week?

At my current rate, it looks like it's going to me a few months before it catches up to my left quad.

Any advise apppreciated.

yes,, site injections do work, and work very well... you don't need to shot in diff places do one shot. that will help the muscle out... any gear wll work for site inject's.. the best are fast acting but cyp and enath will work just fine... I would still work out your left leg too, maybe not as much but your body will have a way of it's own to line things out..

In my opinion you should work both legs at the weight and reps your smaller side can handle.Eventually it will catch up to the stronger side therefore leaving them equal.

will give some growth locally to that muscle group, but not in the totality that people will think normally. When massing up it is difficult to get symmetry, but you have to decide what you are willing to try. Leg extensions are hard on the knees but they can be done singly. You can do hack squats and leg presses as single leg, 45's single leg, leg extensions as single leg, but they are really hard and you have to be careful to avoid injury. Whatever your weakest side is that is the weight that you would normally want to work with to keep some symmetry.

Best advice? Know what your weakest side can do without injury and just go for a mass routine and keep getting bigger and then later you can define the symmetry.

i as well think that you should avoid doing single leg workouts....i think that if you just work them the same your body should overcompensate for the weaker one and eventually they will be equal again....the site injections should help a little, but that can vary as well, so i wouldn't count on that....this will probably take a bit of patience but it will work out soon enough for ya...hang in there bro...
