How many "work" sets per lift are you planning on doing?
There are alot of things I personally would change, but that is just my opinion and may not apply to you and your goals. But overall for most of the bp what you have listed there would be to many diff ex per bp, and would overtrain me. ME |

Ok I am bored so here it goes, here is what I would do:
Chest Training: Bench Press Incline Bench Press Weighted dips Fly (optinal) Weighted dips close grip bench Lying db ext (optional) Back Training: Lat Pulldowns (to front) Bent over bb row Supported t-bar row Hammer row (optional) Shoulder/Biceps Training: OH pressses these could be bb, db or machine. Side Laterals Icarian rear delt lateral (would not do front raises, front delts get hit hard from the OH presses and the incline work on chest day) Supinated grip chins (focus on pulling with bi's) Dumbell Curls Straight Bar Curls Also after every session: Hanging Knee Raises Machine weighted crunchs Back Hyperextension. And btw what about legs?? Also keep in mind the amount of volume done must reflect on how frequently you train each bp, to many sets to often = overtrain, but also, think about that volume per bp can also be increase or decreased by frequency of training each bp |

hey johnboy... i saw that you put shrugs under your back workout.. and this has always kinda bugged me... aren't shrugs an excercise for your traps... and arent traps something u do on a shoulder day? could someone clear this up a bit.. coz i've seen it happen both ways b4.. and now i'm just plain confused..
