POST T3 DIET/CARDIO ROUTINE

Any advice for POST T3 cardio. WIll be coming off a 21 day , first time trial of T3. Current routine is AM Cardio, PM weight training, Running 8 weeks TestE @ 500mgs per week/6 weeks Fina 75 EOD, and 5 weeks Winny tabs @ 50mg ED. I am currently keeping the protein high and the carbs modest. Post T3 I have clen and ECA awaiting. Any other advice or suggestions to make a smooth transition and avoid the "rebounding". Grazie -

As long as your ramping down period was long enough, you will be fine.

thanks for the info. i am planning a good , long well planned ramp down period, and a 60 day diet/cutting phase afterward to try to thwart any "rebound" effect.
