Default training time

Now I know what is said about training within a certain length of time say 1 hour is said to be optimal, but I was just curious if their is anyone out their that feels like they benefit otherwise with longer routines. I'm considering going back to training for a couple of hours or more per session again. I haven't done it in a long time and I have always had great results with it (drug free and not drug free). What do you guys think about this? I know there has to be someone here that works out for 3 hours a session who doesen't bel;ieve in the idea of overtraining.

Default traing time

Well today I trained Chest and arms Bi/tri. I did some cardio and was there for about 2hours 15mins to about 2 and a half hours and I really like training like that also it makes me feel like I worked the muscels. I just started my fifth week of a dbol/sust cycle and am up 17lbs and have leaned up a bit.

Default depends. juiced or not?

this will vary greatly among individuals, and you may want to try different lengths of time for variety, but the basic difference is whether or not you're juiced. I read that workouts longer than about an hour result in lower testosterone levels. But if gassed up, you need'nt wory about that and may benefit from long workouts. Ofcourse you're intensity level, reps per set, sets total etc. play a larger part than simply going by the clock.
