DC Training

Has anyone here tried out the DC training method? If so what were your gains like?

I use it. Used it for 4 months made wicked gains.......switched over to a more tradtional style for 3 months, was ok but nothing compared to DC so I been at it again since January and don't plan on stopping.......GIVE IT A SHOT FOR A COUPLE MONTHS AND YOU WON'T REGRET IT. <img src="http://www.anabolex.com/forums/images/smilies/wallbash.gif" alt="Wall" width="25" height="20"><!--graemlin::wall:-->

I've seen this info before, but where can I find more on his style of training. Lot of interest and alot of people making gains.

DC is a way of life. it make complete and utter sense and at times i wonder how i ever did without it. learn as much about it as you can and give it a go. i now train with intensity that i never knew i had.

Very interesting reading 7th level. My mindset, and I'm sure other's, to only do one work set is the biggest obstacle I seem to have regarding this training. I would be extremely interested to know your gains and your respective individual recovery times between bodypart workouts.

DC is awesome. I never knew I could make such good gains. Even throughout post cycle I have been gaining strength with his training methods.

For those of you that have had success with this could you describe in detail what your workouts looked like on the Mon,Wed,Fri,Mon split I need some ideas for different lifts on those days.
