Correcting Back Arch???

I've noticed just recently that my back archs much more than it ever has. I am very lean, yet my abs stick out about 2 inches further than my chest. There is no pectoral deficit so I wonder, does anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to correct it? Like I said, I am very lean yet I appear to have a gut.

I am also very lean, and have a back arch problem as well. However i don't know if you do, but my chest is in slightly its a genietic thing...like in the dead middle of my pecs.

strengthen the abs and stretch your lower back muscles.

My abs are very strong, although my lower back isn't. What if I was to strengthen my lower back? Would that help?

stretch your hip flexors, its a common problem in america because we sit so much they become short and tight. also get in the habbit of stretching the IT band and groin. check out www.dragondoor.com, there are some excellent flexabilty resources there. some of which are contact fighter specific.
