So far I shot glutes, delts and calves...
but damn nothing hurts like the calves its been
over four days and they still hurt is this normal
I'm shooting prop and fina...I think after that
experience I'm just going to drop the calves and

I tried a few pops in the calves before and NEVER again...Even if the shot itself and/or the compound doesn't hurt, the residual pain isn't nice at all...Especially if you work in a job where you stand for 11-13 hours a day... <img src="http://www.massmonsters.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif" alt="Frown" width="15" height="15"><!--graemlin:-->

Once you get to the point of wanting to try it, hit those bi's and tri's too...You'll like it once you do it...But not really a MUST if you are just starting out... <img src="http://www.massmonsters.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif" alt="Wink" width="15" height="15"><!--graemlin:-->

...you can hit LQuad/RQuad LDelt/RDelt LGlute/RGlute and repeat. Screw all those other sites, unless you wanna snack on Tramadols or Vicodens all day long.
You'll get the same results(though many might argue) hitting comfort shots as opposed to calfs/bis/traps/pecs which all hurt like a ***** for days after shots. Even if site inj was effective it ain't that much better than the old standbys and I for one don't wanna cramp up and feel like shit all day, since I work for a living.

First off, the calves have a very tight membrane surrounding them (fascia I believe it's called) and this causes the muscles to be very confined. Any extra volume in a short period of time will cause pain.

Second, prop and tren are painful. The trenbolone acetate decomposes into trenbolone and acetic acid (and a couple of other things) so you've got vinegar basically in your calf. Testosterone prop decomposes into proprionic acid as well...this is similar to bee venom but a longer chain of acid. This is also why the shot hurts.

Circulation. Blood flow isn't as great to the calves as it is with other muscle groups because of it's distance from the heart. This causes anything in the calf muscles to take longer to get rid of or assimilate.
