Opinions on Sly Stone's Workout

Hey everyone I just found Sly Stone's Workout that he did to get real big and cut for all the Rocky and Rambo movies. Tell me what u all think here it is:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday Morning
Chest, Back, Abs
Monday/Wednesday/Friday Afternoon
Shoulders, Arms, Abs
Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday Morning
Calves, Thighs
Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday Afternoon
Rear Delts, Traps, Abs

The routine was a intensive 6 day double split. Cycle followed a standered 8-12 reps, 3-4 sets/ pattern. Ab routine consisted of 1000 reps total. 50 reps for each of the 5 sets. He used Franco Columbo as his personal trainer.

Now, I know the first things everyone is going to say is that this is BIG TIME OVER TRAINING and yest I would agree. So my question here is this, if all of this is overtraining then how did Sly look so damn good!?!?? Next I know somoene will say well he took GH, Fina, Test, probably some combination of that but yet still this program had to influence it somewhat as to how he looked, according this program the guy worked his ass off! What does everyone think of this, would it work if u were doing a cycle to help u look like Sly? I am interested to see what everyone thinks of this.

lol, yeah of course thats what i meant, slyvester stallone, sorry my bad.

hmmm.... well i used pretty much the exact same program before while on a cycle of test, fina, winny.... and i was looking the best i EVER have looked before in my entire life. girls were dripping off my in mexico when i was there for spring break.... i felt it was great for getting lean and hard as hell with a fair amount of size to boot. i think the key is that you listen to your body and see if its getting enough rest

now im not into beastiality... but that was one FINE looking animal

sly was SMALL in all rocky movies.. if you want to actually look big in a shirt... don't train like that..

Some folks I knew trained 3 on one off with two-a-day workouts while they were in college. They were on a fair amount of early 80's priced upjohn cyp and d-bol at the time. College boys on gear. How else would you have the time and the recovery ability to lift that way? Oh yeah, if you were a movie star with a good source, that might work too. lol
