Wow.just tried Killaz Mass Workout..

browing through MM greatest articles and ran across STK"s MASS workout... my strength has plateued...so i took last week off as a break and just finished the monday workout..

WOW I HURT!! DON'T KNOCK THAT WORKOUT TILL YOU TRY IT. and ya my tri's although not directly trained were fully pumped...and hurting by the end of incline presses.... never done triple drop sets before but the pumps were insane... my chest and arms were cramping up after sets... i'm not bulking, but wanted a workout simple and to boost my strength way up..so giving this a go!! looks promising!

Give the bi's a try sometime and run the rack, or do drop sets or strip sets on leg days. As soon as you know that you plateau, hit up a higher volume and stress your endurance. Any nice change up that taxes the body in a different way is great for busting plateaus. Read over it last night... Looks like something you might need for with a partner. Scrap...do you have a partner that you workout with when you did this routine? I recently lost my partner to the Air Force, and I want to try it in 6-8 weeks when I finish this routine (time to switch).

i don't have a training partner now... but managed to pull someone over for sets of bench.... bi's and the rows i could get the plates off quick enough...

i got a buddy who wants to start trainig together he started same routine today...but i lift so much more than him it'll be a hassle.
