Monday- Back, Bis
Tue- Chest, Tris
Wed- Legs
Thurs- Sholders, Traps

Looks perfect to me bud..I personally need my arms to have there own day as I blast them VERY hard but w/e works for you. With a 4 day split I'd do the same thing

the routine you have looks good, but what about the order of exercises? Are you going to superset, work the bigger muscle groups first and then smaller muscle groups last? What?

How many sets and reps, etc..... Exercises and so forth?

BTW? Are you doing calves on leg days only? They respond well if you work them very often (like every other day).
