If you use this routine, you will start to notice strength loss after a while as your muscles break down from the high volumen training.

GVT can be a good thing to help break through a plateau, however don't stay too long on it.

Try OVT (its on t-mag somewhere too) Its just a variation that isn't as boring. I like it.
