what's everyone's opinion on 8 minute abs video workout?

I have tried this video a few times and it seems to really work for me, i feel good at the end and i do like the fact that it only takes 8 minutes. However I have my own routine that I also follow. Just wondeing if it would be okay to replace my normal routine with 8 minute abs video once in a while, what do you guys all think of the 8 minute abs?

i don't even think anyone here knows about this video. but, if it works for you, go ahead! i'm sure it's not the best ab workout, though. treat your abs like you would any other muscle & hit it once or twice a week w/ added weight. let yourself recover... it's just like any other muscle but should be treated w/ the same approach as calves. the most important thing to me is feeling & controlling/contracting your abs through the movement. make sure to blow out your air at the end of a crunch & hold for a bit.
