Yeah bro, sounds good. I took all the info that was given to me on my post and kinda mixed it together. Just started cycle and soon syntholica. I'll have to post some before and after pics once I finish the cycle. But I am making good progress so far.

do them on arm, chest, back, or shoulder days and yes, you can do them 3 times or so a week. If you have to do so, increase the food. Oh, one other thing I forgot about is that for each set, change the foot stance (toes pointed out, toes pointed straight ahead and toes pointed inward).
