Back to the legs!

I finally hit legs again after about a 8 week layoff.I hit them Tuesday evening, this morning had that good ol' hurts to sit on the can feeling. I just used 275 to workout with, by the end of my last set as was feeling my knee just a little so I didn't up my weight anymore. Hopefully, the ol' knee won't bother me anymore and is recovered. haha -- sweet deal. Something that could help the recovery of your knee is a deeper squat with a lower weight. I know it sounds like it would put MORE pressure on the knee -- but it actually takes the pressure OFF the knee and extends it to the hip flexors.

You might want to try a few squatting days with say 135 on the bar and just concentrating on going deep -- I did that about 3 months after my knee injury and it made it feel 1000% better -- no pain today.
