...i just did my chest today and after my bench, i managed to do 3 sets of 125lbs. super happy with that cause at my garbage gym the only dumbells before 125lbs are 100lbs so its a huge jump, but i made it! it felt smooth on my joints too.

Nice Job broly... 125's are really great.

At my gym, they go up to 150... but the 100's + are almost easier than the 80-95's -- the lower weights are that rubber material... and they are SUPER long... so it is like I'm inclining these db's that are 2 feet long lol -- the upper weights are steel, so they are more compact and easier to manage.

yea citrus, i know what you mean, at my gym, up until the 90's they are made of iron or some type of casted metal. but the heavier the weight, the longer the grip. hard to balance that garbage. after the 90's the grips are exactly the width of my hands. easier to control.
