damn injuries suck. I had my wrist fold years back when I first started into weightlifting and powertraining. I was maxing on bench cause someone told me it was a good idea.... sometimes my wrist still hurts.

I read your log and was about to ask if you´re sick or somethin´. Got the wibes everythin´s not ok. Now u know what to do... Don´t ya train till the sickness is gone. Sure as heck u know it , but we all are so impatient when it comes to being unable to train..... And that wheather thing; don´t u blame it pal here we´ve had almost a whole month of rain and cold and summer is supposed to be at is best! Luckily no snow though..

I pulled my elbow again, it turned blue on me.....soooo, I'm back in action this monday I hope

Hey X, new to these boards, regular at elitefitness.com. Saw your scammer posts and found this place. Was just checkin out your log and saw that you're also plagued by an elbow injury. What happened? My workouts have been fucked due to pain in my left elbow...and I've been training with it like this for about 3 months now. Trying to find out what it might be (if our injuries are similar). Like you, I stick to cable work for triceps, and all pressing movements (for shoulders and chest) require that I have two 20 rep sets with light weight to get the elbow warmed up.

basically I cracked a part of my elbow with a 140lbs. dumbell, that's about it lol

so I'm as disabled as one gets, just need to wait it out - but it's hard

Pisses me off thinkin of all ive learned over the yrs and if i wuldve been more dedicated where i culd be, then a knee injury set me back 4 months.Im back on track though.The boards have helped w/ my consistency though.
