I'm finally able to train after my injury (almost 1 year with very little arm movement - injured my elbow).

Monday:
Chest
Tris
20min cardio after
(burning me out since I'm just back)

I can't do freeweights as of yet, my elbow still hurts when I train (feels like it's about to break). But I do my best w/ slow cable movements and machines.

I'm still working on my cardio shape...so really nothing to brag or post - I don't keep track of such small workouts.

Starting next week I'll log.
