How many of you implement it into your training regime?

I typically use it 1-2x a week... using various depth jumping, lateral slides, and other variations using a medicine ball.

It really helps to hit the muscles in a different way by working on a stretch/shorten type power burst... which will hit your FTFs and stimulate more muscular growth, strength, and even overall flexibility and muscle coordination (IMO).

It really is a key element to athletic training that not too many implement.
