back strips

Someone tell me what I gotta do to get these long vertical strips of meat to flow down my back? The rest of my back is on track, but I'd really like to see these in the mirror.

You mean your errectors? They are really blown out on him... LOL -- part of that would be your traps on the upper part of your "strips", the rest and some of the top would be your errectors...

You ain't kidding DB... GMs will also really hammer them, along with SLDL, and an assortment of other exercises that will hammer them (SLDL's, Barbell Rows - to some extent, etc.)

i guess i'm gonna have to get back in the practice of doing deadlifts. I have huge traps already, but I'd really like to have the big meat running vertical on my back. I already do all kinds of rows.

The upper part are your rhomboids,under that is the lower fibers of your traps,as mentioned.If you want them to look like Ronnies,I'd suggest a lot of test and growth to go with those deadlifts.Oh,and injecting into them wouldn't hurt.
