Default My back...
Don't know if many of you are following my back... but I recently took off about 2 weeks (with moving to San Diego and all) and my back is feeling TONS better -- the streching I have been doing has really helped out my sciatica... and I'm back to doing some amount of weight on rack deads...

today I did up to 275 on Rack deads for a set of 10 and did barbell rows with 275 for 8 reps... back was holding together NICELY...

That's my update for now!

yea i took a few weeks off from back and too be honest i think my back got better. shit i was even getting a lil sore just from db presses on chest day.
