How much didi u weigh when u started training?

I was 138 lbs......now im 209 lbs and gettin happier w/ every lb.

i started lifting @ 5'9 190 lbs @ 25% bf in january of last year
at the end of january this year (1 years time) i came in at 228 lbs @ 19% bf
but i've been in a layoff since the end of this past jan, so my current stats don't look as good considering i've been out for 2 months. I've been holding down 2 jobs that combine for about 75 hours a week, i start back to the gym next week though............im getting sick of my muscle n strength fading slowly but surely.

I was about 180 and at my peak, 260. Right now I'm about 235 and dropping. I'm done cycling and most likely training for the year.

i've been training since i was 14 or so..off and on...got real into it in
highschool...my senior year i was 5'10'' 255lbs at 16-18%bf...then i slacked
off the next few years during college and what not..and now since i am
back to lifting..i am 5'10'' 280 and about 23-24% or so...gonna start cutting
down in a few weeks.

I started at 210 and have been dropping...hoping to get to 185 and work my way back up to 200 and maintain for now.

I have lifted most of my life...on and off, HS, College, and when I played Semi-Pro ball. During those times, my best was about 240. Then life got in the way after I got hurt, the third time, and realized that I would never be able to play Pro ball. I turned to the life of crime and drugs and could give a shit what happen. Then one day I grew up, got my life together and straighten out. Went back to College, got my degree in Computer Science and went to sitting behind a desk all day.

Several years ago I was home visiting realitives for Thanksgiving when my Grandmother poked me in the belly and asked when my baby was due....THAT WAS THE LAST STRAW. When I returned home, I joined the gym and decided to get serious...that was in 2001. At that time, I weighed 300+ and my BF was off the charts, 42%+. I had a 46 inch waist and was needing to go to the next size as my pants were too tight. By September of 2002, I was down to 198 and 14% BF and into a 32" waist pant size. I am now 271lbs and at a comfortable 15% and fit comfortablely into 34" pants.

I had something like that happen too. My mother had a stroke last year and calls it like she sees it. And at 80 yrs old she sees it far funnier then we do.

She asks me when I was visiting after a show. "When are you gonna grow some boobs..your little girls are bigger?"

I was at 148-152 lbs when I joined the gym in 2000. I went down to 120 in 5 months time with light cardio and diet. Light work outs on machines only.

Quads were 24 inches of fat dropped down to 20s.
Waist was 30 inches dropped down to 25 1/2.
Hips were 38 down to 35 inches.

Biceps were 10 when I was leaned down in 2001. Now are up to 12 1/2. add 1/4 if I just worked em.

I go up and down now on the scale, between 110 of ripped solid muscle up to 130 bulking up..off season. I have added over 8 lbs of muscle over the years.

I'm dieting down again and at 122 lbs this morning, started 3 weeks ago at 130. Wt loss now will be very slow over the next 2 months..about 1 lb a week..maybe some weeks none and others maybe 2. I want to compete this time around 110-115 lbs. Masters only this time..not doing light wt unless I look real hard like my first season.

I weighed 125 lbs. when I graduated from high school in 1967. I started a Joe Weider program that I bought from the back of a comic book and ended up at 150 lbs. by the end of the summer. I didn't know any better but it worked and gave me a great start on weight training. I'm now 55 years old and weigh 165 at 5'8". Life is good.
