That's solid advice.

My thoughts are, the reason it is best to finish with an excercise that promotes a pump is to encourage the fascia (then membrane that surrounds your muscles) to stretch. I finish with flyes, dips or pullovers so I can emphasize the stretch. Some BB'ers get deep tissue massages post workout to break down the fascia even more to keep it from inhibiting their gains. That applies to all the muscles, not just chest. Squeezing and flexing and stretching between sets when your muscles are already full will help too.
