One way to see where a move hits is to do only one move in a workout for the same number of sets u would normally do(5-8x I´d do). Next day will tell was it what u were after. Next time some other move and once the desired amount of moves is reached make the adjustments and go back on normal bi training.
Btw never even thought about bi´s the way u asked. Just done all the moves and nowdays the ones I CAN do...

What I have found to work the FULL bicep is Incline DB curls. As long as you lean back and keep your arms hanging straight down and curl at the elbow, NOT the shoulder, you will get a fuller longated bicep.
