Hi all, quick question, does anyone have any suggestions on how to hit the upper part of the biceps? my lower is developing and leaving the upper portion behind.

you can try reverse curls but use those instead of straight bar curls...also you do not need to kill your bis, i see alot of guys kill there bis like they are legs or chest..i have found that lowering the weight and raising the reps works best for me

Cable crossover curls.
Looks giegh, try it near the end with heavy weight with perfect form

I don't know the name of this excercise, but if you can work through my pathetic attempt at an explanation, try it, lol.

Grab a curl bar. Position it as you would to do regular curls, then rotate it 180 degrees. Grab the bar with a wide grip. If your grip is right, your pinky finger will be at a higher position than your thumb. Also a wider than normal barbell curl with a straight bar works well. Just don't do them in the squat rack, I hate that....
