When do you change your routine??

i like the way WBB does his shit there..i go heavy every other month or so and light like you do but i never thought of doing the A B eow..that would help with trying to figure out new routines all the damn time

I'm prolly not one to talk, sitting here on the computer overcoming a double-dose of cancer and mononucleosis--but having been where your are, I would suggest you make a list of the exercises you hate the most. Keep those at the beginning of your routine, then change-up the rest of your routine to your heart's content.

change things up, as you know the body can and will adapt to the same stimulus placed on it. as long as your constantly challenging your body, your on the right path.

It's harder to fight something like that then lose a few pounds or gain some muscle. Keep up the good work.
