12 hour workout? - Anabolic Steroids

When I was liftin with my buddy last night, he said he read in one magazine about a workout where you rest 4 days before and 4 days after. But the day of the workout, lets say arms, you go at it for 12 hours, resting every 30 minutes and drinking a protein shake, supposed to gain 1 inch around the arm... Any of you heard of this?

Who the hell has 12 hours to continously just be working out, what about work and sleep?

you would lose muscle mass and end up looking like a Navy Seal...... about 165lbs and ripped to the bone.

I got imagine training arms for 12 hours, even with breaks. Healing is a slow process, no matter how many shakes you down.

Try it... Opi..... you're young. I am interested on hearing how much pain you are gonna be in and how much LBM you are gonna lose. Take one for the team... brolly!
