150 pound log overhead press by spring of next year
450 dl by jan
350 squat by spring

07/05:
Ok so it has been at least two months since i have trained.I went and trained with Joker tonight.For starters the man does a whoop ass job on training.I learned more tonight than I think I have in 3 years of lifting.I dont remember what all I did training wise so that will have to wait for thursday .But I can tell you my legs feel like jello .My upper back has bruises.And I have a feeling I will have an impaired gait tommorow at work

ok still hobbling from tuesdays work out 07/07

did warm up with 2.5 bar
one clean the strict press
2 sets x95x5
1 set x100x3
1x 105x2

dropped down to the two inch bar
and had to put a bit of jump in the press
1x105x3

35 dumbell presses overhead 1x6
45 dumbell presses 1x3

close grip bar 1x23
1x15

Then came home and loaded couch into house(that has got to count for something doesnt it)

Ok so my log sucks .Not sure what the problem is my clean is fine my lockout is fine it is that point right above my head that keeps sticking me .

Ok so for some reason I am pitching forward badly when trying to oly squat.Almost to the point of doing good mornings:
Squats
warmup 95x5x2
135x2 sets 5 reps
155x1 set 3 reps
95x5x2 because my body has just gone stoopid with proper form

Log cleans
115x1
125x1
125x1
135x miss got it 3/4 of a clean

Box squats with 95 and purple bands 5sets by2

stiff legged deadlifts
135x5
225x5x4

The infamous sandbag rows 60 pounds by 13
60 pounds x12

Other than my squatting form has gone to crap it went well
