Started doing STK's WORKOUT

Man started his workout after getting it. I'm adjusting to eat, hitting only inclines for chest seems akward for me but I'm sticking to it. Man, the 6-8,f,f. days are really humbling. I couldn't believe how much weight I had to drop to do em, especially on inclines. So, as long as I get my 6-8 reps all threec sets do I progress on that next workout?

i think its supposed to be 3 sets 6-8 reps and the last set is a strip set..pretty sure thats how it goes..but i would stay with that for the next week and then progress...how often do you progress on your normal training?

You mean I been killing myself doing 3x6-8,drop 20-F, drop 20-F. FOCK !!
Anyways, I'll change it next go around.
X, I'm not sure of the link. TE, sent it to me a few weeks ago in the off topic lounge. Did inclines, neck raises, bent over rows, and curls today. Wasted them!!!

Still going strong on it!!!! My strength on the exercises are definatley going up. It still feels akward just doing one exercise for chest as opposed to around twenty sets with about four different exercises for chest. However, STK says it's good it's good!!!
